Although he trained as a nurse, Tiago's career has been marked by a relentless pursuit of growth and learning. Over 13 years in the hospital setting, he achieved his goal of working in an intensive care unit. Concurrently, he ventured into part-time roles, including a stint in a call center health service that sharpened his communication skills. A course in exercise physiology enhanced his stress management abilities and allowed him to assist others in achieving their health objectives.

In the past three years, Tiago's journey led him to a haemodialysis clinic, where he cultivated collaborative skills, technical expertise, and a vision for becoming a great leader. His most recent move into a unit focused on early clinical trials marks a pioneering step within the Portuguese National Health Services, reflecting his unquenchable thirst for innovation and change.
