After completing her Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Dalilah joined Leys Traders, her family's business, as Operations Manager, promoting progress and growth. Six months later, she joined Alcon Constructions (Goa) Pvt. Ltd. where she quickly started managing projects independently.

Dalilah is passionate about system improvements and achieving goals without losing focus, making site management even more efficient. Her adaptability and fresh outlook on life make her a real asset. With her analytical and interpersonal skills already well combined, she is constantly working to expand her knowledge base and develop a holistic understanding of business.
