Hugo is an ingenious thinker and science fiction aficionado whose unique background allows him to approach problems through a creative yet observant and solution-oriented lens.

Embracing his entrepreneurial spirit, he chose to forego an academic career in Prague to run his family's construction business. With an Academic background in Humanities, Literature, and Languages, Hugo used his diverse skills to evolve from part-time administrative support to full-time General Manager, overseeing operations, process improvements, and international expansion projects.

In his various roles, he has overseen day-to-day operations, worked on strategy development, implemented technology solutions, and introduced a flexible work program. Throughout his academic and professional career, Hugo has acquired invaluable soft skills through active listening and learning from different perspectives, enabling him to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Putting his passionate mindset and innovative character into embracing new challenges, Hugo is ready to step into industries such as AI, robotics, biotech, renewable energies, and space exploration.
