Teresa is a marketing strategist renowned for blending data-driven insights with storytelling to create potent marketing strategies. With deep roots in FMCG and a consumer-centric approach, she's a master of crafting innovative brand experiences and informed decision-making. A natural leader, she fosters teamwork and innovation.

Her journey began in 2003 with an internship at Sogrape's Evaton Inc. in the USA. She was soon invited to join Sogrape Distribuição in Portugal, where she took part in the repositioning process of brands such as Gazela, Grão Vasco, Vila Regia, and Quinta Azevedo.

Driven by a passion for strategy, branding, and communication, Teresa moved to Lactogal. There, she transformed areas in dairy, championing innovation in organic, lactose-free, and calcium products. She fine-tuned her management and leadership skills, eventually leading Butters, Creams, and Cheeses.

In 2020, she became the Head of Brand Management for Mimosa, Agros, and Gresso. Her strategic brilliance rejuvenated these brands, elevating customer loyalty and recognition.
