PROCESS OPTIMIZATION SPECIALIST

Hugo is a process optimization specialist, known for his unique blend of technical expertise and innovative problem-solving.

He embarked on his career at Siemens in 2002, gaining valuable experience in fault resolution. Transitioning to EMEF in 2003, he honed his problem-solving skills and significantly improved system reliability by designing and developing a test bench for pneumatic equipment. After completing his mechanical engineering course, Hugo ventured into the automotive industry, where he excelled in creating customized machines and solutions for clients. His leadership skills also played a crucial role in establishing an efficient Iberian maintenance team.

In 2013, Hugo joined the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) and was responsible for implementing an equipment maintenance policy. His meticulous approach and attention to detail ensured the seamless operation of critical equipment. This dedication led to his appointment as Chief Officer for Site Operations at INL in 2018. In this role, Hugo effectively coordinated and aligned various departments, optimizing operations and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
