As the Head of Supply Chain at NOS SGPS, Joana leads a team of 12 professionals, advocating for excellence, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and environmental sustainability. She seamlessly integrates business efficiency with sustainability, actively implementing eco-friendly initiatives into the company's operations.

Her journey in the field of Supply Chain has been marked by pivotal roles covering all aspects, from planning and purchasing to production, packaging, and stock allocation. In her current position, she coordinates end-to-end supply chain activities and manages an annual purchase budget of over 100 million euros, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.

Joana's profound impact on the industry is evident through her leadership in transformative projects such as GreenUS, which successfully transitioned NOS SGPS into an environmentally sustainable telecommunications company in Portugal. She has also led projects like OREO, optimizing equipment recall processes, and Login, a complete overhaul of logistics processes and systems after a major corporate merger.
